However, the recognition, registration, and validity of carbon credits issued using these processes remains subject to the decisions, methodologies, and ongoing requirements of relevant third-party standards bodies and registries. ATEC does not warrant that any particular credit issuance, verification outcome, or registry decision will be made, maintained, or recognised in any specific timeframe or manner.
ATEC does not warrant that any environmental, carbon, social, or sustainability-related information published on the Site will achieve any particular regulatory, financial, environmental, or commercial outcome.
Where third-party standards, registries, methodologies, verifications, or certifications are referenced, ATEC is not responsible for the acts, omissions, decisions, or methodologies of those third parties.

8A. Blockchain Infrastructure
Where the Site references blockchain-based issuance, tokenisation, or digital asset frameworks, users should be aware that such technologies operate on third-party network infrastructure outside ATEC’s ownership or control. ATEC does not warrant the continuous availability, security, or performance of any blockchain network, protocol, or related infrastructure. References on this Site to blockchain-based processes describe ATEC’s current approach and methodology and do not constitute a guarantee of any specific technological outcome.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and inaccordance with these Terms.

ATEC reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site for any user who breaches these Terms, without notice where ATEC considersthis necessary. The provisions of these Terms that by their nature shouldsurvive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 14, and 15) will continue toapply following any termination of access.
10. User Submissions
Any information, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments submitted through the Site’s general contact or inquiry forms will be deemed non-confidential and non-proprietary unless expressly agreed otherwise inwriting. This clause does not apply to materials submitted under a separatewritten agreement between you and ATEC.
By submitting such materials to ATEC, you grant ATEC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, adapt,publish, communicate, and store such submissions for the purposes of respondingto or administering your inquiry, improving the Site or ATEC’s business, andmaintaining records.

General Disclaimer

ATEC excludes all warranties, representations, guarantees, andconditions relating to the Site and its Content except those that cannotlawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability

• your infringement of any law or third-party rights.
16. Restricted Jurisdictions
The Site is not directed at any person or entity in anyjurisdiction where the publication or availability of the Site or its Contentwould be contrary to applicable law or regulation.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to anduse of the Site complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.
17. Force Majeure
ATEC will not be liable for any delay or failure to performany obligation under these Terms to the extent caused by an event orcircumstance beyond its reasonable control, including any act of God, flood,fire, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, cyber incident, internet outage, powerfailure, industrial dispute, war, terrorism, government action, regulatorychange, or failure of a third-party service provider.
Where such an event occurs, ATEC will endeavour to notifyusers of the impact on the Site within a reasonable time, and may suspendperformance for the duration of the event and a reasonable recovery period.
18. Variations to These Terms
ATEC may amend these Terms from time to time at itsdiscretion.
Any amended Terms become effective immediately uponpublication on the Site. Continued use of the Site following publicationconstitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid,unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in fullforce and effect.
20. Waiver
Failure by ATEC to enforce any provision of these Terms doesnot constitute a waiver of any rights or remedies available to ATEC.
21. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between ATEC andthe User in relation to the use of the Site and supersede any priorunderstandings or agreements relating to such use.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts ofVictoria and any courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts in relationto any dispute arising from or connected with these Terms or the Site.
